Question
I wrote you previously, but know answer, so I'll try again. I have several ideas to patent and start a company but would like to know if all the ideas are related to health and safety can they be included under the same incorporation? and When starting a new company how does the stock issue work, how much are stocks worth at beginning, how does price of stock advance( at what rate), do stocks begin with a set price at time if issuance? If you can't answer can you direct me to someone who can? Thanks
