Question mr. ray,
i don't know where exactly to begin, so i'll keep it simple for you.
do you know if there's any source of capital available for a minority-owned LLC that's 5 years old, has done a respectable job of operations, but may have hit on hard times and is looking for a way to re-invent itself with fresh capital?
please advise. thank you.

Hello, Mike:
Excellent question! Let's get right to it --
I recommend looking into the Small Business Administration's Small Business Investment Company program. For more information, visit their website at: http://www.sba.gov/INV/sbinfo.html.
