Question I get Extreem Vertigo about every three to four months. It usually starts while I'm in a deep sleep. I awaken with a loud ringing in my ear. The sensation in my body suddenly changes. I feel agitated and uneasy. While I'm experiencing the extreem vertigo, I feel nauseous my head hurts and I sweat alot. The feeling would last for about a half hour, and then I feel normal again.
Answer Dear Jewell:
I assume you are asking what causes your symptoms. We cannot make a ceertain diagnosis over the internet. We offer suggestions as the detailed answers and diagnoses should come from your treating physicians.
It sounds, with the loud ringing accompanied by extreme vertigo that you could be having attacks of Meniere's disease and this possibility should be reviewed by your doctors.
