Subject: Non-spinning vertigo

Question
I have non-spinning vertigo, where I just feel like I'm tilting, moving, etc. I can make my ears pop a lot, but I don't know if that's because I have allergies. What are some exercises I can try at home to see if I can get rid of it? It's better than it was, but has been going on for months and isn't gone yet. I'm eager to try exercises before the test my doctor wants me to do.

Answer
Dear Anna:

The exercises are described at:
http://ivertigo.net/vertigo/vertherapy2.html

Be sure to click where it says "Brief Review for Patients"
also.  This treatment is primarily for positional vertigo that you can read about on the website also.
The brief description is at:  http://ivertigo.net/bppv.html

Best regards,
