Question I have non-spinning vertigo, where I just feel like I'm tilting, moving, etc. I can make my ears pop a lot, but I don't know if that's because I have allergies. What are some exercises I can try at home to see if I can get rid of it? It's better than it was, but has been going on for months and isn't gone yet. I'm eager to try exercises before the test my doctor wants me to do.
