Question
I have suffered from mild to moderate vertigo for 24 years. I am a 54 year old female. I have had every kind of test done to try and find out what is causing my vertigo but have not been able to find the cause. Is there any new methods dealing with vertigo that might help me to get some relief?
                       Thank You,
                        Kathy

Answer
Dear Kathy:

Generally speaking, in vertigo all tests are normal.  The most commor cause by far is BPPV (benign positional paroxysmal vertigo ) which is cured by exercise therapy that you can do at home.

Read about bppv and the exercises at:

Be sure to click also where it says "Quick Review for Patients"

Best regards,
