Question I have been having episodes of dizziness and lightheaded for about 3 years now. I usually get dizzy when I exercise or do some type of physical activity. I have been previous anemic but I have been taking my iron but this has not help either. I have gone to the doctor but she has not told me anything to help me out. I am really eager to start exercising but this condition keeps me from doing alot of activities including cleaning my house. I get dizzy and lightheaded by just cleaning and walking. What could possibly be causing this problem and what can I do to make it better. Please help me I am feeling so miserable.
Answer Dear Charis:
I believe you have positional vertigo that can be cured with the proper type of exercise.
