I found that a mix of caffinated coffee and chocolate can bring on vertigo. The Epley maneuver works for me every time. Sometimes I may have to do it several times, but it always works for me....I even did the Epley maneuver with my car seat leaned back as far as it could go--which wasn't very far...I did the manuever in a half reclining and sitting up position and it worked for me; I was in fine shape.
