Subject: what maximum can happen in un-dignostic giddiness?

Question
sir I have un dignostic giddiness from about 5 to 6 years..c t scan/mri result -nil--no cardio trace out--no abnormality detected so far --eventhough giddiness problem stay unsolved
i have left all the treatment and try to forget problem
what will maximum can happen in giddiness attack in my case?

Answer
Dear Sir:

It is unlikely that your giddiness portends any serious condition given all your negative tests.  The most common cause of giddiness or vertigo is benign positional paroxysmal vertigo (BPPV) that you may read about on my vertigo website at:
http://ivertigo.net/bppv.html (short version).  There are exercises that are 90%+ effective in ridding you of the vertigo and they are described at:
http://ivertigo.net/bdexercsies.html (short version).

I would recommend you do the home exercises for a month or so and see if this improves your condition.

Best regards,
