Question
My grandma has vertigo and has had it for several years. We can't find a doctor in our area and she needs help. What can we do?

Answer
Dear Chris:

YOur grandma may likely have postional vertigo or BPPV (benign positional paroxysmal vertigo).  The is often triggered by head movement, lying down, turning over in bed.

Fortunately there is a curative exercise.

The short description of positonal vertigo may be found at:
http://ivertigo.net/bppv.html

and there exercise treatment at:

Best regards,
