Question
QUESTION: How do i get my hp pavilion elite m9150f to output vga and rca  at the same time?

ANSWER: What video adapter does it have? And what kind of expansion slots is it equipped with?

-bob

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: It has VGA and RCA. It has a PCI expansion slots. It also has a TV tuner installed.

ANSWER: I can't really help you without knowing more about the video adapter itself, what chipset its based on, what operating system you're running, how recent your drivers are, etc

If you connect something to both ports and only one device gets a display, the chipset is either incapable of driving two displays, or something needs to be configured in software.

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: Would you know how to configure the software. HP wants to charge 60 bucks to tell me how to do it. I don't really feel like paying the 60 dollars for them to just tell me. If you don't know, would you possibly know someone that might be able to help me?

Answer
I can't really do anything for you without knowing what you're working with, what video adapter you're using, what drivers its running, what you're connecting, etc. It isn't a matter of not knowing the software, its a matter of not knowing WHICH software you've got. Are we talking ATI Radeon hardware running Catalyst, or nVidia GeForce hardware running Forceware, or Intel GMA hardware running Intel software, etc
