Question in excel, outlook, a telnet program and a document imaging program, the image sort of blips like interference which is very annoying to my eyes..if the background color is dark you can really see it as its white..also does it when resizing a window.. does not do it on iexplore or a unix based warehousing program i use i have fiddled with resolution, color, switched from lcd to crt monitor same thing ... windows xp, dell gx270 is computer..any suggestions would be apreciated
Answer Purchase some canned air from an office supply store. Unplug the monitor and computer.Use the canned air to blow out all the vent holes of the monitor. Leave the monitor unplugged for about 1 day. Then use the buttons on the front to enter the menu and select reset.
Open the computer case. use canned air to blow out the whole computer. Pay specail attention to the fans and power supply.
Remove the video card from the computer (this is only if you have an add on video card). Replace the card back into it's slot.
Close case and boot up.
If problem persists:
Check the computer manufacturer's website for updated video drivers.
