Question
hi Robert .
i have a weird problem with my laptop.recently my laptop crashes with red spots on screen.after booting there is no video output.i tried to connect it to an external LCD it works. the system runs start up repair and it works fine. but after 1 hour it crashes again.
i hope you ca help me

Answer
It sounds like either an issue with the LCD panel in the laptop itself, or the connection between that panel and the computer, which is being caused by overheating. Beyond that there's not much I can tell you without seeing the system myself - if the system is relatively old I would say replacement is a more economical choice than repair unless you're very handy.
