Video Card Problems/Windows XP and Recoginizing graphics card

My computer OS is windows XP my processor a XPS 630, Intel core2 processor E8400 w/Dual Core Technology and 6MB Cache, 2 graphics cards 1 one of them is a VisionTek Radeon 6450 1GB DDR3 PCI express DVI-D HDMI VGA Graphics card (is kind of picky when it wants to work) and then i have a AMD Radeon HD 7450 Graphics card 1 GB PCI Express (which windows will not recognize) any suggestions on how to get windows XP to recognize it?

What do you mean by "Windows will not recognize it" - the computer will not boot with the new card? Or the drivers will not install? Or is there some other error?

Also, as with all questioners that mention still using Windows XP, do note that support for Windows XP ended almost a year ago, and it is thus not considered safe for use on the Internet. Microsoft has more information about this available here:

The Core 2 processor will absolutely meat the system requirements of a modern OS like Windows Vista, 7, or 8.1 and it would be a good idea to upgrade to a newer, supported and secure operating system.

I can answer technical questions about installation, use, and maintinence of most 3D Graphics hardware, and software. I can offer assistance with overclocking (while I do not suggest overclocking while under warranty) and I can give assistance with more complicated problems to the full extent of my abilities.

I have been into computer hardware, especially 3D graphics and the hardware that drives them, for a number of years. I have knowledge in installation, use, troubleshooting, purchase suggestions and over clocking.
