Question
Hi. I have a problem.  i just bought a psp pandora battery, so i could  get custom firmware. I put the pandora battery in the psp and the screen turned black, but the green light on the psp is still on. Then, i realize that i forgot to make the magic memory stick, so i do. Then, i turn off the psp, and i take out the memory stick, put it back in, then i put the pandora battery in, and the screen is still black.
I gave up. A couple months later, (as in like, two days ago)  i somehow got custom firmware, but besides that, i bricked my psp. So i take out that SAME pandora battery from before,      and i turn the psp off, then take the memory stick out, place it back in, then put the pandora battery in, and the psp's green light is on, but nothing else happens. WHATS WRONG???
(sorry for this big long paragraph by the way)

Answer
Gday John,

Maybe there is something wrong with the information on your memory stick (It is usually better to us a Official Sony one if possible)  or depending on where or how you made you Pandora battery maybe that is not correct.

Because what you should be able to do as you say.   Should be able to put in the magic memory stick then insert the Pandora battery the process to unbrick or install should be automatic.

Here is a fairly good guide to the process you want to to.  (There are also a couple of good you-tube videos.

I would maybe try and redo your magic memory stick and go from there.

Hope this helps.
