Hey i jsut wanted to add to your answer, your not completely wrong but there are cheaper methods basicly free all you need is a modded psp and make a pandora battery. but i may not be a brick or connection problem at all i have the same problem with mine the led's turn and it makes the boot sounds and everything but the screen doesnt turn on so i think its just a bad bored cus its not a brick
