Question
When I turn on the game, sound works great but I get no picture. When I push start I can hear that it's working but just can't see it. I really need help. Thank you.

Answer
It certainly sounds like your monitor has died. This can be caused by several different things:

First of all, verify that the monitor is plugged in inside of the cabinet. Second, turn the game on and remove the back door of the cabinet. Does the monitor neck have an orange glow to it? This will help narrow down what is wrong with the monitor.

Working with monitors is something that you should NOT do if you aren't trained to work with them. They can produce 20,000 volts and higher, and if you touch the wrong part of the monitor, you could absorb lethal voltage! I cannot stress this enough!

I would highly suggest not working on the monitor and simply purchasing a new monitor from an arcade distributor. You should be able to get a standard resolution 19'' monitor for under $200. This would be the easiest way to go, in my opinion.
