Question my 360 turns on but doesnt read discs,what could be wrong with it??
Answer Hello....unfortunately, the advice i have for you is not the result of good news. Basically, if you have tried several discs that are clean and unscratched, and you've cleaned the DVD-ROM lens to make sure that is clear as well, it is entirely likely that you've got a bad laser, and it will need to be replaced. You will need to contact Microsoft, but luckily, all 360 warranties have been extended due to a high failure rate.
