Hi, my name is Pauline and i live in australia i'am currently studing for my cert 3 in aged care and was wondering if you can help me my question is:If a resident from vietnam blinks when you explain a procedure,it probably means that the message was? I have ask my tafe teacher if i could access it through the inertnet and she said yes but i have searched and searched and you are my last hope. Hoping you can help me cheers.

Thanks for your question. Unfortunately I know more about Vietnam from the travelers' perspective and don't remember encoutering anyone with this behavior. I can surely check my sources and get back to you again soon. But, sorry, I can't answer your question off the top of my head.
