I read that cestrum nocturnum or night-blooming jasmine doesn't flower until the plant is mature, or fully grown. Hope mine gets there some day soon too!

According to wikipedia, Cestrum nocturnum is called night-Blooming jasmine, whereas night-flowering jasmine is a different plant known as Nyctanthes arbor-tristis.
