Question I have a 77 bronco, auto trans. I'm trying to change the 2 transfer case mounts and the snubber mount. I have removed the snubber and pass side transfer case mount. I can't figure out how to get to the top of the bolt on the drivers side for the transfer mount. I've taken the (4) bolts out on each side of the support bracket. I lowered my floorjack which is supporting the transfer case for more leverage; nothing. I have taken the fan off, just in case. Please help. Thank you Terry
Answer I am sorry, I am an "expert" on Mercedes more than anything else, so I am of little help. Have you tried some of the Ford Forums, they are very good. I do know on the Mercedes some bolts can be hidden and often times takes a detective to find them. Good luck , sorry I cannot be of anymore help!
