Question The fretboard on my chinese violin has come loose - too little adhesive? Can I just stick it back onto the neck of the violin with wood adhesive?
Thanks
Mick
Answer Hi Mick;
I would not use wood adhesive. You should use Titebond Hide Glue. The fingerboard is a removable part and should not be glued with a permanent wood glue. Clean off all the old glue from the neck and fingerboard before using the Hide glue.
