Question my mother in law is in possession of an old violin. She is german, and it came to her through her family when she was a child. Its in bad shape, but the scroll work is the head/face of a man. The inside label is written - Nicola Gusetto facil cremona anno 1776. Have you ever heard of this violin maker before? My mother inlaws Georgia zipcode is 31313. Mine is Virginia 23188. Can you put me in connection with someone that can help her decide if she's going to let me have it to hang on my wall? :) I would need to have it restored - it is split down the middle. The case and bow are also with it. I was just curious to know the history of this name on the inside - I can't find much on google.
