Question
What is the best and cheapest way to go about getting from Muskegon,Michigan to Virginia Beach, Virgina? What kinda of transportation is cheapest, best hotel for good prices, and what kind of clubs or resorts/activites should My friends and I(between 18-21 years old)be interested in doing?

Answer
I guess the cheapest wasy would be to drive. There is an Amtrack that stops in NewportNews which is about one hour away or you can Fly into Norfolk Int Air. The drive from your area will take about two days. I would check with AAA or mapquest on-line for driving directions.  Hotels and motels are priced for all budgets.  If you stay on Pacific instead of Atlantic Avenues it will be much cheaper. There is a nice Days Inn, Comfort Inn etc. right near the beach,  As far as activities go they're too numerous to mention. You will not be bored.  There's concerts (free) every night on the boardwalk and outside entertainment. There's numerous beach activities and different special events depending when you are down. If you have a specific time and know the kind of lodging I can provide you with more exact information. You'll have fun, there's lots to do, see and shop. Harbor Park is the Mets (Tides) ballfield and all big concerts are at the Amphitheater.
Hope this helps
