Question
I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO GET THE DASHBOARD APART TO GET TO REPLACE THE HEATER CORE? ANY GOOD STEP BY STEP PROCEDURES? DO YOU KNOW OF SOMEONE WHO COULD SUPPLY A SCHEMATIC OF THAT DASHBOARD? LIBRARY IS OF NO HELP.

Answer
First things--get a book somewhere whether it be a year or 2 older or newer, at least you got an idea of how to do this  THE DASH DOES NOT COME APART OR NEED TO... thats how far off you are.  The heater core is a unit that is installed from the underside up and fastened from the top down.

I was hoping your library would be up to date.  Try going to a bookstore and taking a gander in a book about your car.  All the info is written down someplace regarding installation and removal.
You could go in blindly and try to take it apart yourself, but for the number of things you could break and the coin that it costs, it ain't worth it to be wrong.  Besides the speed you will make by doing it "according to the book" far outweighs the time lost in finding the book.
If it isn't apparent, they(the company) have hidden the screws or locking devices so unless you are used to doing this sort of thing you may spend some time looking and may still not get them all.
This is a job  it'll take a few coffees to get it done.
