Question My battery went dead when I accidentally left the key on overnight. After replacing the battery, my radio does not have power. I've got the radio code if it would get to the safe mode. My manual refers to a fuse, but there is not a radio fuse in the fuse box? I do not have a cigarette lighter below the radio, just a 12 volt plug. Any ideas?
Answer Hi Gary;
There is a 10 Amp fuse on the back of the radio itself. Slide the radio out, using release tools, and you should find the fuse on the lower left side. I think its right in the corner. Just replace it and before its all the way back into the regular position, test it, just in case it has to come back out. That way you don't have to re-use the release tools to get it loose. Good luck, Gary, I hope you get your tunes back.
