Question During CA smog test,OBD ll sensor can't communicate because of an after market radio being installed.I heard about this problem, but I haven't found a solution. I read something about the K-wire needs to be isolated from 12 volts. Any advise is appreciated.

I know this is true, too. I haven't actually done it myself, so I can't tell you how. I can get further information from my boss. He has nearly limitless information stashed away in his head. He also has 35 years experience on Volkswagens, so I'll ask him. Next you'll want to know which one the "K" wire is.
