Subject: car alarm

Question
my key hole is not disarming my alarm and its not locking or unlocking my car.the alarm is staying on ethier or.what should i do

Answer
Hi Tim;
To get the alarm off, unlock the trunk.  Then, replace the drivers door, door latch.  There are diagrams, pictures, and instructions in the "Bentley's" repair manual, for your car.  Once you get the door open...with the alarm off...you should notice that none of the interior lights are on, and the puddle light in the door doesn't light up either.  When I see a car that has no puddle light, I start checking the other lights, and then test the alarm, and get ready to disarm it at the trunk.  Good luck.
