Question how do i tell what jetronic i have i looked at the one i have and it just says jetronic any help would be nice. thanks.
Answer Volkswagen has used the term jetronic since the early 1980's. I think the 1983 model year started K-jetronic, but I'm not even sure of that, it's been so long since anyone I work with even refers to the injection/ignition system as "anything"- jetronic. I know there are several books that have been dedicated to Volkswagen ignition/induction, so I would have to suggest a google search for that subject, and just be patient, and meticulous, and search until you find the book with version you are looking for.
