Question all of my lights Headlight and taillights on the passenger side are out. bulbs are good fuses are fine, what else could it be

I could actually use a little more help. What kind of Volkswagen is it? Is it a Touareg? Or, is it a Jetta? What model year is it? Can you tell me what kind of engine, and transmission it has too, please.
