Question hello..
can u please tell me about the differences between volleyball and beach volley?
thank you so much!
Answer Rayz,
I am not a beach person but I will try to give you a few examples.
Beach is usually played with 2 players indoor is usually played with 6. The beach court is narrower than the indoor court which is
60'X 30'. The ball is the same size but the leather is a little different to protect the ball from the sand. The net height and scoring system is the same but the players switch sides after every 5 points so that one team does not have an advantage over the other due to the wind or sun.
The best way to get a better idea of the differences is to Google both indoor rules and beach rules and make a comparison.
