Question
Hi, i was just wondering, i have a bit of trouble with spikes sometimes. Where is the best place to contact the ball? At your head or just above your head? I dont know, please help me.

Answer
Hi Brandon...

When you want to spike the ball, you have to lift both of your arms, to swing with your right arm (if you're lefh-handed then with left arm) and touch the ball in the highest spot above your right shoulder and in contact with the ball, you arm have to be stretched not twisted; when ball touch your palm, the arm follows the ball in imagined direction!

if you're not satisfy with answer, ask more specify question...
best regards - Marko
