Question
Do you have anything to help me with my spikes? This is my 3rd year in middle school Volleyball and this is the 1st time I've ever had to be a spiker... Please help!

Answer
For spiking the most important thing is to jump correctly, then the arms movement comes by itself. I found this webpage and i couldn't explain it better so here it is:

http://volleyball.about.com/library/weekly/aa071997.htm

I hope it helps, and if not just let me know and i'll explain it myself.

Best Regards,
Martha.
