Answer
Jessica,

Are you looking for high School or college.  If you are looking for college you can go to any Division I schools web site and get a schedule.  Ours is www.Fordham.edu.  Our schedule is up on that site.  As far as training goes.  We start in the beginning of August and do 2 a days until the first day of school (usually a 7 hour day).  When school starts we practice 5 days a week for an average of 2 1/2 hours, plus the women do a weight workout.  When the season is over we take off a few weeks and then do individual practices (as per NCAA rules).  Then is March we start team practices again for our spring season.

High school is different for each state.  In New York City the boy's start March 1st and we practice 6 days a week for about 2 1/2 hours per day.  Our season ends around may 15th.  We are not permitted to proactive before or after our season.

If you have any other questions e-mail me at Fordhamvb@aol.com

Good luck,
Steve
