Sorry you didn't get my answer but here it is again.
If you are asking me if you slightly touch the net is is a violation the answer is yes. It does not matter how hard you touch it just that you did touch it.
If you are asking me is it called a net fault I am not sure. Different parts of the country call things differentially. If the touch occurs while blocking it is a blocking error. If it happens any other time we call it a net violation. I have never heard of the term net fault.... but that does not mean there isn't such a term.
