Question I have a 2001 Volvo V70 with 118,000 miles. It was recommended that I get a 120,000 tune up and a break fluid flush to the tune of $850.00. Is that an average cost for this service?

The labor is 3 hours and parts of about $300. Yours sounds high, maybe there is additional things they do that are not part of the regular service. It shows in you warranty book the different services, and things that are replaced. Get the shop to give you alist of what they do before they work on your car.
