Question With the extended warrenty on the ETS replacement, should I have to pay the $150 for the diagnostic that my dealer said they would charge me?

Some of the extended warranties have a "deductable" cost. So that might be the charge. You may want to call your warranty company and ask what their policy is on "deductable" cost. If the contract is through Volvo then I know there is a small deductable.
