Question I just bought a 1992 Volvo 240 DL in mint condition, but it is not starting reinstalled a new fuel pump and fuel filter. Gas is flowing up to the engine we also checked the power to each fuel injector they are all getting current when we try to start the engine. we installed a new distributor cap with wires and spark plugs. the car is turning over but not starting up or idling. could you please let me know the possible cause of this.

Answer Lee,
No spark at the plugs. The injectors are not opening. No fuel pressure at the rail, just a small amount of fuel left in line. Pumps not coming on due to bad fuel pump relay. No fuel because the in tank pump is not supplying fuel to the main pump.
