Question There seems to be compression in one of the cylinders after I cut the car off in about 5 seconds it will give a thud sound and also it has been sputtering while I have been driving and also giving the same kind of sound could it have to do with the engine breather box any help would be really appreciated

Hard to say without hearing the sound and inspecting the car. Can you trace the noise? Do a crankcase pressure test see what that shows. If you pull the dip stick out and turn off the engine will it also make this sound? Now the sputtering while driving! The engine runs poorly also, do you have a check engine light on some codes? A coil going bad or spark plug?
