Question
My battery light came on while driving yesterday. Reviewed owners manual and it says have charging system. This AM car started, but when put in drive it hesitated and not move...all dash lights came on...now won't start! is this the battery of another MAJOR issue.

If the charging system was not working, like when the light was on, it did not charge the battery and possibly used up all the batteries power. If the battery is older it maybe the part that failed. You will have to get the car to a Volvo shop and have some tests make to see what has failed. Your at the point now that you need to have the car towed so it can be tested.
