Expert: Roger Patricio Date: 7/3/2008 Subject: 2002 Volvo S60 - Right Front Door Electrical Problem
Question Roger,
All electrical (power window, door lock, mirror control, and outside temp indication) for right door does not work. Removed/installed Fuse C36 a couple of times and all components work for a short period of time then goes dead again ... fuse is good. Mitchell Schematics show that all dead functions are somehow tied into the Right Front Door Control Module. Don't know anything about the module or its location.
Can you:
1. Provide information about the Right Front Door Control Module, including the location.
2. Provide troubleshooting suggestions to fix the problem
Thanks in advance.

Answer DAle, Unfortunately I cannot provide any information about it. Its all on the computer at the shop. I can honestly say I havent seen this one yet. I can either try to look it up when I have a chance or Have a Volvo shop scan it for you to determine whats going on. Mitchell schematics is nothing but a joke. It wont tell you anything of importance, just stupid stuff that is useless in a Volvo shop. Roger
