Subject: water from airconditioner

Question
My 2005 Volvo S-40 has water standing on the back floorboard.  Dealership is telling me that is from
the intake which they say is clogged from leaves.
Cost $450 in repairs to remove debris.  Does this
sound logical?  Sounds very unusual to me.

Thank You

George

Answer
yes the are right if you air or watter drains are clogged you will get watter in the car  watter has nowhere to drain than into the car and it will damage you electrical wiring if you wait to long .you don't have choice than to clean the drains on regular basis from dirt or leaves to prevent the problem .
