my etc light come on and my 1999s70 will not go over 2000 rpm any self checks i can perform any hlp will be greatly thankful since i am on a fixed income thank you carl in nc

take it to volvo dealer it looks you have problem with throttle control module etc light that is coverd under volvo extended warranty up to 200000 miles you can read more on this link for warranty ifo about etm
