I am looking for the name of the song and the woman artist who sang it at the very end of the episode when Walker said "Til we meet again". Please help. Thanks.

I'm sorry, but I don't know the name of the song or who sings it. I have tried several times to figure out songs from the series, but with no luck. Someone once told me that many TV shows have people record songs just for them, or for that particular episode. I am guessing that is what Walker did, because I have never had any luck finding songs. Sorry that I could not be of more help.
