Question Can you please tell me the name of the song and the woman who sings it? It is the last song at the very end of the episode when Walker brings Alex home with their baby girl. It is a beautiful song too. It starts out like this: I'm so glad you came along, along the way now here to stay, together we belong. Along Life's ups and downs, sometimes you've been around, I'm going home to you, when the day is through. You're my only means, you're in my dreams and all because of you." I hope this helps you out. Thanks.
Answer I'm sorry, but I don't know the name of the song or who sings it. I have tried several times to figure out songs from the series, but with no luck. Someone once told me that many TV shows have people record songs just for them, or for that particular episode. I am guessing that is what Walker did, because I have never had any luck finding songs. Sorry that I could not be of more help.
