Answer Trivette was in a scene near the beginning of the movie, but he was going out of town for a little while, so that is all we saw of him. As for Alex being shot, no Walker was not in the Courthouse when it happened. He had just left moments before the gunman came in and opened fire. I haven't heard anything about them replaying the movie this year, but if they do, I'll be excited!
