Question
I would like to know, what are some good sites which I can find pictures of the band (preferably Jakob) in concert?
Also, have they appeared in any magazines lately?

I think the best site to find pictures of Jakob, in particular, would be www.sidewalkannie.com. It's my website, but over the years I have taken every single Wallflower or Wallflower related photo around and put it on my page. When you get to the site, click on "The Band" on the bottom frame, there should be another link from there! Also check the Wallflower Network for older pics of Jakob @ www.the-wallflowers.net
Nope, sadly to say, they haven't appeared in any magazines lately. I keep waiting, but nothing ever shows up. A new album is due out in May though, with a touring starting in June/July. Keep your hopes up!
