The Disney Car Car center is situated near the Grand Floridian. If you ring the Car Care Center they will pick you up from your hotel via courtesy bus.

Actually, yes. If you call Alamo at the Car Care Center, they will schedule a shuttle to come and pick you up from any Disney resort so you can rent a car.

The Care Care Center is happy to provide Disney guests with transportation to/from thier disney hotel or any of the 4 parks that the guest would like to be dropped off at.

The Disney Car Care Center is not part of Enterprise, it an Alamo/National car rental space. You can get a shuttle with 1 hours notice from any Disney Hotel Property, 8am to 8pm M-F, closes at 6PM on weekends
