I RECEIVED MY PHOTOS AND ONE OF THEM HAS INK ALL OVER THE PHOTO. HOW CAN I GET A NUMBER OR SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS?

I supose you talk abou t photos from Disney's PhotoPass. I have no experience with this . The only think i can say send an email with your complain and ask for a free new copy of the Photo.
