Question if you only have a ticket to mvmcp and are NOT a passholder, can you still get in at 4:30 or must you wait until 7 pm? Thanks

You can get in at exactly 4:00pm. If you arrive a little early, they'll have you line up at the turnstiles on the right hand side, and at 4pm they'll start admitting the party guests. They'll issue your wristband at that time. There's no need to wait until 7pm or even 4:30 unless you want to.
