Experience
I'm a elite amateur kick-boxer, small-business owner, writer of the http://Wayofthewarriorqueen.com blog, and a panic-disorder survivor. Getting from being hamstrung by self-esteem and anxiety problems to where I am today is my no.1 experience in this area !
That and learning to get in the ring and fight.

PhD in Commuications (Simon Fraser University), Master's in Women's Studies (Oxford, UK) and BA Honours in Philosophy (U of Toronto).
